A clutch includes many elements. Their positioning is crucial for effective operation of the drive system and limits fuel consumption. Algorithms used in measurements and analysis of component surface and location optimisation allow assembly of a technologically advanced product.
Pressing bearings and seals. Guide assembly. Visual inspection. Housing element tightening. Leakage tests. Laser marking. All these stations are connected using a multi-level automatic product and semi-ready product transporting system. Efficiency diagnostics and production quality analysis at individual station – everything is available on-line.
